How to send a single record to Manychat (Send to -> Manychat)

Why do it:

This procedure allows you to immediately synchronize a single customer record from the system to Manychat, updating its data or creating it if it does not exist.


Procedure

1. Access the customer management section (usually called Clients or Customer Management).

2. Locate the customer you want to synchronize in the list.

3. In the customer's row, look for the actions column (often located at the far right).

4. Click on the action button Send to.

5. In the dropdown menu that appears, click on Manychat.

6. The system will start the export process and show a progress pop-up (e.g., Sending Customer in progress...).

7. At the end of the operation, a summary window titled Export Completed will appear, showing the number of records Sent and Not Sent, as well as any Error Details.

8. Click OK to close the window and complete the manual synchronization.

> Note: If the record has not been previously saved, you may receive an error message: Save before sending/downloading data. Make sure that the record has been saved before attempting export.
