Guide: How to Insert the Manychat API Key for Authentication
Why do it:
It is necessary to authenticate the Manychat plugin to allow the system to synchronize customer data.
Procedure
1. Access the Manychat plugin settings within your control panel.
2. From the Manychat control panel, copy your API Key.
3. In the integration configuration screen, locate the field labeled Api Key.
4. Paste the API key you copied into the text field (the expected format is similar to xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx).
5. Complete the authentication procedure to connect the system to Manychat. The system will automatically verify the validity of the key.
6. Once verification is complete, the connection will be active and data synchronization can begin.
