How to configure synchronization rules and filters (Webhooks)

Why do it

Configuring synchronization filters allows you to define which data (e.g., which customers) should be automatically sent from Framework360 to Manychat.

Procedure

1. Log in to the Framework360 administration panel and navigate to the Manychat plugin settings.

2. Click on the section dedicated to Synchronization (or Webhooks).

3. Locate the section related to synchronizing Customers.

4. Ensure that synchronization is enabled by checking the Enabled box for the "Customers" category.

5. Expand the settings for the direction Framework360 => Manychat.

6. In the filters section, select the type of rule you want to apply for data export:

  • Select the Lists option to synchronize only customers belonging to specific marketing lists.
  • Select the Labels option to synchronize only customers who have been assigned specific labels.

7. Depending on your choice, select the specific Lists or Labels that should trigger synchronization.

8. Click the button to Save changes.

> Note: Once configured and saved, customer synchronization will occur automatically in the background according to the system schedule. Customers will be sent to Manychat only if they pass the defined filters.
