Description: This module allows automatic and manual synchronization of customer data between Framework360 and the marketing automation platform Manychat.
What is it for? (Practical examples)
Use the Manychat integration to keep your databases aligned and make the most of your instant messaging campaigns:
- Start targeted marketing campaigns: Automatically send new customers registered in Framework360 to Manychat, allowing your bot to immediately start a welcome or qualification sequence.
- Advanced segmentation: Synchronize customer tags and list memberships, enabling you to segment recipients on Manychat based on actions or purchases made on your site.
- Automatic data updates: If a customer updates their phone number or email in Framework360, the information is automatically updated in the Manychat profile as well.
Main Features
1. Customer Data Synchronization
The module exports the following customer data from Framework360 to Manychat:
- First and Last Name
- Phone number (also used for WhatsApp)
- Email address
- Gender
- Consent status (Opt-in) for SMS and Email.
2. Tag Management
Tags assigned to customers in Framework360 are automatically created and associated with the customer's profile in Manychat, facilitating segmentation.
3. Manual and Bulk Export
Within the Customer Management section, a new export option is available:
- Selected Export: You can select one or more customers from the list and use the dropdown menu Manychat > Export to force immediate sending of their data.
- Synchronization Status: The customer table shows an additional column indicating whether the customer has been synchronized with Manychat (Synchronized/Not connected).
4. Update Management
The system can recognize if a customer already exists in Manychat. In this case, instead of creating a new profile, it updates existing data, ensuring contact uniqueness.
How to configure
Configuration consists of two steps: API Connection and Definition of Synchronization Rules.
1. API Connection
To connect Framework360 to Manychat, you need to provide your Manychat user API Key.
1. Access the Manychat plugin configuration panel.
2. You will be prompted to enter your API Key.
3. Enter the key and confirm. The system will immediately verify the validity of the key and establish the connection.
2. Synchronization Options (Webhooks)
After establishing the connection, you need to define which data and how they should be synchronized.
| Category | Direction | Description | Filter Options |
|---|---|---|---|
| Customers | Framework360 => Manychat | Enables automatic export of customer data from Framework360 to Manychat. | Allows filtering customers to synchronize based on: <ul><li>All customers: Synchronizes every customer.</li><li>Marketing Lists: Synchronizes only customers belonging to specific lists.</li><li>Tags: Synchronizes only customers with specific assigned tags.</li></ul> |
Note: Make sure that the desired option is checked as "Enabled" in synchronization settings.
Automatic Integrations
The Manychat module is designed to operate autonomously in the background, ensuring that data is always up-to-date without requiring constant manual interventions.
Scheduled Automatic Synchronization
The system periodically performs scheduled automatic operations (every few minutes) with two main purposes:
1. New Customers Synchronization: Searches all customers who have registered or last accessed after the last synchronization and exports them to Manychat.
2. Queue Processing: Manages an internal event queue. If a customer is modified or created, the action is queued and automatically processed by the scheduled system, ensuring no data is lost or skipped during traffic peaks.
Integration with System Events
When a customer is created or updated in Framework360, the system automatically adds the synchronization action to the queue, ensuring that updates are sent timely to Manychat.
Automatic Cleanup
When a customer is deleted from Framework360’s database, the system also automatically removes the internal synchronization link, keeping the integration log clean.
