Why do it: This setting allows you to define for how many days (starting from today) the system should consider specific tracking events valid and display them (such as "download completed" or "page visited").
Procedure:
1. Access the settings of the Live Visitor Events plugin.
2. Click on the Tracking tab.
3. The page will show a list of all tracked events. Locate the event you want to configure (identified by the Evento label).
4. Make sure the event is enabled by checking the box under the label Abilita evento [Event Name].
5. In the next column, look for the label Mostra gli eventi più recenti di.
6. In the input field below, enter the maximum number of days for which the event should be considered "recent" and shown in the popup.
- Example: If you enter
7, only events that occurred in the last 7 days will be displayed.
7. Repeat steps 3-6 for each tracking event you want to configure.
8. Click the save button (usually located at the bottom of the page) to apply the changes.
