Customize the event text shown in the popup (Tracked Events)
Why do it:
To define the specific message that appears in the popup for each tracked event (for example, "downloaded the eBook" instead of the default text).
Procedure:
1. Access the settings of the Live Visitor Events module.
2. Click on the Tracking tab.
3. Scroll down to find the section related to the Event you want to modify (e.g., purchase, download, etc.).
4. Make sure the event is enabled by checking the box under the label starting with "Enable event...".
5. Locate the column labeled Event Text.
6. In the text field, enter the message you want to display in the popup.
- Tip: If available, you can use Shortcodes (shown in small next to Event Text) to dynamically insert specific data related to the tracked action. Shortcodes appear within curly braces, for example
{product}.
7. When finished, make sure to save the changes made to the settings.
