Why do it:
To define the specific message that will appear in the popup when a visitor performs a tracked action (such as clicking a button, subscribing to a newsletter, etc.).
Procedure to Customize the Tracking Popup Text
1. Access the settings section of the "Live Visitor Events" module.
2. Click on the Tracking tab.
3. Scroll down the page until you find the specific event you want to modify. Each event is identified by the label Evento followed by the event name (e.g., Evento Iscrizione Newsletter).
4. To enable popup display for that event, check the box under the label Abilita evento [Nome Evento].
5. Locate the Testo evento field (on the right side, next to the example "Mario da Roma").
6. In the text field, enter the phrase you want to show in the popup (for example: ha completato il download del PDF).
7. Using Shortcodes: If additional data is available for that event (such as product name or value), you will see a list of available Shortcodes at the top right, next to the "Testo evento" label (e.g., {nome_campo}). You can include these shortcodes in your text to display dynamic information.
8. Save changes to apply the customization.
