Guide: Filter sales events to show only paid orders
Why do it
This setting allows you to display in popups only the sales orders that have been actually paid, excluding pending or canceled orders.
Procedure
1. Log in to your site's control panel and navigate to the Live Visitor Events plugin settings.
2. Within the plugin settings, click on the Sales tab.
3. Scroll down to find the section containing sales display options.
4. Locate the checkbox labeled Show only paid orders.
5. Check the box next to Show only paid orders to enable the filter.
Changes will be applied immediately to the popups shown to your visitors.
