To start a conversation or reply to an existing message, follow these steps.
Procedure
1. If the chat is closed, click on the chat icon (usually located in the bottom right or bottom left corner of the screen) to open it.
2. Locate the text area at the bottom of the chat window, marked by the text Type your message....
3. Write your message in the text area.
4. To send the message, you have two options:
- Press the Enter key on the keyboard.
- Click the Send button (paper airplane icon) next to the text area.
Once sent, your message will appear in the conversation area and will be marked by a small loading icon until it is processed by the system.
