View the Current Page Visited by the User (Staff)
To view in real time the webpage that the user is visiting while a Live Chat conversation is active.
Procedure
1. Access the Staff interface and open the Live Chat conversation you are interested in.
2. Locate the section that shows information about the user (often in the sidebar or in a dedicated area).
3. Look for the information table titled "Current Page".
4. Inside this table, under the header "Current Page", the link (title) of the page that the user is viewing will be displayed.
5. This information updates automatically every time the user sends a message or types in the chat.
