Why do it
This feature allows you to view in real time the web page that the user is browsing while a Live Chat conversation is active.
Procedure
1. Access the desired Live Chat conversation within the admin area.
2. Within the conversation detail screen, locate the section labeled Current Page.
3. Under the Current Page header, you will see the title of the page the user is viewing.
4. Click on the link containing the page title to open it immediately in a new browser tab.
