This guide explains how to access and download content (images or documents) sent to you by the operator within the chat.
Procedure
1. Open the Chat: Click on the chat icon (usually a speech bubble) or on the chat window header to open it.
2. Locate the Message: Scroll through the message history in the main chat area (liveChat-message-area).
3. Manage Images: If the operator has sent an image (such as .png, .jpeg, .jpg, or .gif files), you will see a preview thumbnail.
- Click on the image itself or on the file name displayed below the preview to open the full-size image in a new browser tab.
4. Download Files: If the operator has sent a non-image file (such as a document or archive), you will see a link with the file name, preceded by a download icon (<i class="fas fa-download"></i>).
- Click on the file name to start downloading it to your device.
