Guide: Select the Form to use for registration
To select a registration form, you must first enable the data request from the user before the conversation begins.
Procedure
1. Access the Live Chat settings and select the Display tab.
2. Locate the section labeled Data request.
3. Click on the dropdown menu under Data request and select the option:
- Mandatory data request
(Selecting "Do not request data" will make the registration form not visible).
4. Once data request is enabled, a new field labeled Registration form will appear.
5. Click on the Registration form field and select the form you want to use to collect user information (such as name and email).
6. Save the changes to apply the selected form.
