This guide explains how to change the text displayed in the chat header and how to upload an image (Avatar) that represents support.
Procedure
1. Log in to the admin panel and navigate to the Live Chat plugin settings.
2. Click on the Display tab.
Customize the Chat Title
3. In the settings section, locate the field labeled Title.
4. Enter the text you want to appear in the Live Chat widget header (for example: "Need help?").
Upload the Avatar
5. Locate the field labeled Avatar.
6. Click inside the Avatar field to open the media library.
7. Upload or select the image you want to use as the chat avatar (only one image selection is allowed).
Save Changes
8. Once you have completed your changes, click the save button (usually Save or Save Changes) to apply the new settings.
