This procedure allows you to customize the text that appears above the form asking users to enter their details (such as name and email) before starting a Live Chat conversation.
Procedure
1. Log in to your website's admin panel and navigate to the Live Chat plugin settings.
2. Click on the Messages tab.
3. Locate the field labeled Registration Form.
4. Enter or modify the desired text within this field.
5. Save the changes to apply the new message to the Live Chat.
