This guide explains how to customize the text that appears in the header of the Live Chat window.
Changing the Live Chat Title
Why do it:
To personalize the text that users see in the top bar of the chat window, such as "Need help?" or your support's name.
Procedure:
1. Log in to the administration panel and go to the Live Chat plugin settings.
2. Click on the Display tab.
3. Scroll down to find the field labeled Title.
4. In the text field under Title, enter the new text you want to display in the chat header (for example: "Immediate Support").
5. Once you have entered the new title, make sure to save the changes. Click on the general save button on the page (usually located at the top or bottom of the screen).
