Modify the introductory text of the chat (Admin)

Edit the chat introductory text (Admin)

This text is the first message users see when they open the Live Chat widget for the first time.

Procedure

1. Log in to the platform's administration panel.

2. Navigate to the Live Chat plugin settings.

3. Click on the Messages tab.

4. Locate the text area labeled Introductory Text.

5. Enter or modify the text you want to show to users.

6. Save the settings to apply the changes.
