This setting controls the minimum height of the message container when the Live Chat is inserted as a static block within a page (via Visual Builder).
Procedure
1. Access the Visual Builder and open the page or template where the Live Chat block has been inserted.
2. Click on the Live Chat block to access the settings panel.
3. Locate the configuration fields related to height.
4. In the field labeled Minimum Height, enter the desired numeric value for the height (e.g., 200).
5. In the dropdown menu immediately to the right, select the unit of measurement you wish to apply:
- px (pixels)
- % (percentage)
6. Save the changes to the block and publish the page to apply the minimum height.
