To ensure that the Live Chat is visible on the site only when your team is actually available, you need to activate the option that links it to the configured working hours.
Procedure
1. Log in to the administration panel and navigate to the Live Chat plugin settings.
2. Click on the Display tab.
3. Locate the Working Hours section.
4. Check the box next to the text Show only during opening hours.
5. Click the button to save changes (usually Save or Save changes).
Once saved, the chat will be automatically hidden outside the working hours defined in the workingHours plugin.
