Configure chat display based on working hours
Why do it:
To ensure that the chat is visible to your users only when your team is available, based on the working hours you have set up in the system.
Procedure:
1. Log in to the administration panel and go to Live Chat settings.
2. Click on the Display tab.
3. Locate the Working Hours section.
4. Check the box next to the option Show only during opening hours.
5. Save the changes (usually via a Save or Apply button at the bottom of the page).
> Note: This feature requires the "Orari di lavoro" (Working Hours) plugin to be active and configured. If the option is not visible, check that this plugin is activated. When the option is active and the time is "closed," the chat will not be displayed on the website.
