This guide explains how to open or hide the Live Chat conversation window.
Procedure to Open the Chat
1. Locate the chat icon, usually positioned in the bottom corner of the page (also called the bubble).
2. Click on the bubble (the speech bubble icon) to expand the conversation window.
Procedure to Close the Chat
After opening the chat, you can hide it without ending the conversation.
1. To close the window and reduce it to the icon, click on the chat header (the top bar where the title is displayed).
(Alternatively, you can click directly on the close icon, the X, located in the header.)
