limit the display of a page to specific membership plans

This guide explains how to make a specific page or article accessible only to users who have subscribed to one or more selected membership plans.

Procedure to Restrict Page Access

To restrict access, you need to modify the settings of the page or article you want to protect.

1. Access the Page/Article Editor

Open the page or article you want to restrict within the platform's editor.

2. Go to the Membership Section

Within the editor, look for and click on the tab titled:

Membership

3. Select Enabled Plans

In the "Membership" section, locate the option:

 • Restrict viewing to the following plans

Select one or more membership plans from the list. Only users who have at least one of the selected plans will be able to view this page's content.

> Important Note: If you do not select any plan in this list, the page will remain visible to all users (default behavior).

4. Configure Message for Unauthorized Users (Optional)

This section allows you to define what unauthorized users attempting to access the page will see.

a. Enable Custom Message:

Under the label Message for unauthorized users, check the box:

 • Show custom error message

b. Customize Content:

Once checked, a text editor (Visual Builder) labeled Message for unauthorized users will appear. Use this space to enter content (text, images, links) that you want to show to users who do not have the required membership plans for access.

5. Save Changes

Make sure to save or update the page to immediately apply access restrictions.
