Display the history of the customer's Lead Scoring operations (Type, Value, Notes, Date)

To review all changes to the Lead Scoring score applied to a customer, including operation details and the registration date.

Procedure

1. Access the desired customer's tab (Customer Profile).

2. Click on the Lead Scoring tab.

3. Scroll down the page to view the history table.

The table will display the following columns:

  • Type: Indicates whether the operation was a Credit or a Debit of points.
  • Value: The numerical score assigned or removed.
  • Notes: Any internal notes associated with the operation.
  • Date: The date and time when the operation was recorded.
