This guide explains how to display the total score accumulated by your customers directly in the main list.
Displaying the Total Lead Scoring Score in the Customer List
Why do it:
To have an immediate overview of the interest level (score) of all your customers without having to access each individual profile.
Procedure:
1. Access the main section containing the complete list of your customers (Anagrafica Clienti).
2. In the table listing all customers, scroll horizontally if necessary.
3. Look for the column titled Lead Scoring.
4. The value shown in this column represents the total score accumulated by the customer.
- The score is displayed with a colored label:
- Blue/Primary: Positive score.
- Red/Danger: Negative score.
- Gray/Light: Score equal to zero.
Note on search and filter:
If you want to filter the customer list based on their Lead Scoring score:
1. Use the filters available above the customer table.
2. In the filter menu, select the Lead Scoring option.
3. Select the desired score range (for example, 0 - 10 points) to display only customers who fall within that range.
