To simulate the impact of a new Lead Scoring operation on the customer's total score before proceeding with saving.
Procedure
1. Access the Lead Scoring section within the customer's profile.
2. Locate the box titled Aggiungi operazione.
3. Select the desired operation type from the dropdown menu under the label Tipologia (for example, Add, Remove, or Set).
4. Enter the numerical score you want to apply in the Valore field.
5. After entering or modifying the value, the system will automatically calculate the new score.
6. View the updated result under the label Nuovo punteggio (successivo al salvataggio), located in the footer of the box.
7. If the calculated score is correct, click Aggiungi operazione to save the operation.
