Specify the Point Value to apply in an automation flow

This guide explains how to configure the "Assegna punteggio Lead Scoring" action within an automation flow, defining if and how many points to add or subtract from a customer.

Procedure

1. In the automation flow configuration panel, select the Assegna punteggio Lead Scoring action.

2. Locate the section titled Lead Scoring.

3. In the Operazione field, choose how to modify the score:

  • Select Aggiungi to increase the customer's score.
  • Select Sottrai to decrease the customer's score.

4. In the Punti field, enter the numerical value that will be added to or subtracted from the customer's current score.

5. Save the action to apply the configuration to the flow.

> Important Note: To ensure correct point assignment, the automation must also include an action for registering personal data (such as 'Registra cliente' or 'Iscrizione Newsletter').
