This guide explains how to manually assign or modify Lead Scoring points directly on a customer's profile.
Specify the Value (points) for the manual operation
To manually assign or modify a customer's Lead Scoring points:
1. Access the Lead Scoring tab in the customer management.
2. Locate the Add operation box.
3. In the Type field, select the desired action:
- Add: Adds the specified points to the current score.
- Remove: Subtracts the specified points from the current score.
- Set: Replaces the current score with the specified value.
4. In the Value field, enter the number of points (an integer or decimal) to use for the operation.
5. (Optional) In the Internal Notes field, enter a brief description or reference for the operation.
6. Verify the calculated result in the New score (after saving) field.
7. Click on the Add operation button to save the operation and update the customer's score.
