This guide explains how to manually assign or modify Lead Scoring points for a specific customer.

Specify the Point Value for the Manual Operation

This procedure is used to record a Lead Scoring operation directly on a customer's profile.

Procedure

1. Access the desired customer's profile and navigate to the Lead Scoring section.

2. Locate the Add operation panel (you may need to expand it by clicking on the arrow icon).

3. In the Type field, select the type of operation you want to perform:

  • Add: Adds the specified value to the customer's current score.
  • Remove: Subtracts the specified value from the customer's current score.
  • Set: Overwrites the customer's current score with the specified value.

4. In the Value field, enter the number of points to assign or remove.

5. (Optional) In the Internal Notes field, you can enter a description or reference for the operation.

6. The system will automatically calculate and display the New Score (after saving) based on the entered values.

7. Click the Add operation button to save and record the change.
