Select the type of manual operation on the customer's score (Add, Remove, Set)

To manually record a change to a customer's Lead Scoring score.

Procedure

1. Locate the panel titled Add operation.

2. In the Type field, click on the dropdown menu and select the desired operation:

  • Add: Increases the customer's current score by the specified value.
  • Remove: Decreases the customer's current score by the specified value.
  • Set: Overwrites the customer's current score with the specified value.

3. In the Value field, enter the number of points to apply.

4. (Optional) In the Internal Notes field, add a description for the operation.

5. Click on the Add operation button to save the change.

> Note: The system will calculate and display the New score (after saving) in real time, before confirming the operation.
