Select the Lead Scoring Operation in an automation flow (Add or Subtract)

This guide explains how to define whether the Lead Scoring action should add or subtract points from a customer's score within an automation flow.

Procedure

1. After inserting the Lead Scoring action into your automation flow, open the configuration panel.

2. Locate the Operation section.

3. Click on the dropdown menu and select the operation you want to perform:

  • Add: Select this option to increase the customer's score (assign points).
  • Subtract: Select this option to decrease the customer's score (remove points).

4. In the Points field (located next to Operation), enter the numerical value that will be added to or subtracted from the customer's current score.

5. Save the changes to the action to apply the configuration.

> Note: To correctly assign points, it is necessary that the automation flow also includes the 'Registra cliente' or 'Iscrizione Newsletter' action to identify the profile.
