Segment customers based on the current score (using operators such as greater than, less than, equal to, or between)

Why do it:

To create targeted customer groups or define entry conditions for specific automations based on their accumulated Lead Scoring score.

Procedure to Segment Customers by Score

This procedure applies when defining the Conditions of a rule, an automation, or a segmentation list.

1. Access the system section where you can define the Conditions of a rule (for example, in the Lead Scoring plugin Settings, under Conditions, or in an automation tool).

2. Within the Conditions section, click to add a new filter or rule.

3. In the dropdown menu for selecting the filter, search for and select the Leadscoring group.

4. Choose the specific filter named Current Score.

5. Once the filter is selected, choose the desired comparison operator:

  • Equal to (equal): Used to find customers with a score exactly equal to the specified value.
  • Greater than (greater): Used to find customers with a score higher than the specified value.
  • Less than (less): Used to find customers with a score lower than the specified value.
  • Between (between): Used to find customers whose score falls within a specific range (you will need to enter a minimum and maximum value).

6. Enter the numeric value (or both values if you chose the Between operator) in the text field next to the operator.

7. Complete your rule or automation configuration and click the save button (e.g., Save changes).

> Note: The system calculates the total score accumulated by the customer to apply these segmentation conditions.
