Why do it: To assign a clear name and a detailed explanation to each Lead Scoring rule, making it easier to identify and manage.
Procedure
1. Access the settings section of your system where Lead Scoring rules are managed (usually under Settings > Plugins > Lead Scoring).
2. Go to the Conditions tab.
3. Locate the rule you want to edit in the list of conditions.
4. Click on the rule to expand the configuration panel.
Editing the Title
5. In the first text field, labeled Title, enter the new name you want to assign to the rule.
Editing the Description
6. Scroll down to the field labeled Description.
7. Edit or enter the descriptive text explaining the purpose of the rule.
8. Once you have completed your changes, make sure to save the overall plugin configuration (the save button is usually located at the top or bottom of the settings page).
