Enter internal notes for the manual scoring operation

Internal notes allow you to document the specific reason why a manual modification was made to a customer's Lead Scoring score.

Procedure

1. Access the desired customer's profile.

2. Select the Lead Scoring tab.

3. Locate the box titled Add operation.

4. If the box is collapsed, click on the icon to expand it and view the fields.

5. In the Type field, select the desired scoring operation (Add, Remove, or Set).

6. In the Value field, enter the number of points to apply.

7. In the Internal Notes field, type the description or reason for this manual scoring operation.

8. To save the operation and apply the points, click on the Add operation button located at the bottom of the box.
