Enter Internal Notes for the manual operation

This guide explains how to manually record a Lead Scoring operation on a customer's profile, including an internal note to track the reason for the score change.

Procedure

1. Access the customer profile on which you want to apply the Lead Scoring operation.

2. Click on the Lead Scoring tab.

3. Locate the box titled Add operation.

4. In the Type field, select the type of operation you want to perform:

  • Add (to increase the score).
  • Remove (to decrease the score).
  • Set (to define a fixed score).

5. In the Value field, enter the number of points to apply.

6. In the Internal Notes field, type a brief description or reason related to this manual operation.

7. Click the Add operation button to save the score and associated note.

The operation will immediately appear in the table below, under the Notes column.
