Guide: Deleting transactions from the customer's score history
This procedure allows you to remove individual scoring transactions (credits or debits) recorded for a specific customer.
Procedure
1. Access the customer card of the customer whose score history you want to modify.
2. Within the customer card, click on the Lead Scoring tab (identified by the thermometer icon).
3. Scroll down to the section containing the score history table (the table with the columns Tipologia, Valore, Note, and Data).
4. Locate the specific transaction you want to delete.
5. On the row corresponding to the transaction, click on the delete icon (usually a trash can icon) located at the far right of the row.
6. Confirm the deletion when prompted by the system.
The transaction will be removed from the history. The table will update automatically.
