Create new Lead Scoring rules (Conditions)

To automatically assign a score to your leads when they meet specific criteria (such as visiting a page or filling out a form), you need to define a Lead Scoring rule.

Procedure

1. Access the Lead Scoring plugin settings and navigate to the Conditions tab.

2. Click the Add Condition button (or Add followed by the condition name) to open the new rule creation form.

3. Fill in the following fields in the new rule row:

a. Title: Enter a descriptive name for the rule (e.g., "Visit Pricing Page").

b. Operation: Define how points should be modified when the condition is met:

  • Select the type of operation: Add, Remove, or Set.
  • Enter the numerical value of points to assign or subtract.

c. Conditions: Use the Query Builder (the advanced text area) to define the criteria that the lead must satisfy for points to be assigned.

d. Description: (Optional) Add internal notes or a detailed description of the rule’s purpose.

4. After defining all details of the rule, make sure to save the plugin settings.
