This guide explains how to set up the assignment or subtraction of Lead Scoring points when a user fills out a Form.
Important Prerequisite:
To correctly assign points, the system must be able to identify the user. Make sure you have also enabled the Registra cliente or Iscrizione Newsletter action within the same Form.
Procedure
1. Access the settings of the Form you want to modify.
2. In the section dedicated to Form Actions, add the Assegna punteggio Lead Scoring action.
3. Click on the newly added action to open the configuration window.
4. Locate the Operazione field.
5. Select the action you want to perform:
- Aggiungi: To increase the Lead's score.
- Sottrai: To decrease the Lead's score.
6. Locate the Punti field.
7. Enter a numeric value (for example, 20 or 5) representing the number of points to add or subtract.
8. Save changes to the action and the Form.
Once saved, every time a user completes the Form, their Lead Scoring score will be updated based on the specified operation and value.
