To manually assign or view Lead Scoring operations for a client, it is necessary to expand the dedicated panel.
Procedure
1. Access the client section where Lead Scoring scores are managed.
2. Locate the panel titled Aggiungi operazione.
3. In the top right corner of this panel, find the ibox-tools section.
4. Click on the arrow icon (chevron, fa-chevron-down or fa-chevron-up) associated with the collapse-link to expand or collapse the panel content.
Once expanded, you will be able to view and use the fields for manual operation: Tipologia, Valore, and Note Interne.
