Add a new manual scoring operation (Add operation)

This procedure allows you to manually modify the Lead Scoring score of a specific customer.

Procedure

1. Access the Lead Scoring tab in the customer details.

2. Locate and, if necessary, expand the panel titled Add operation.

3. In the Type field, select how you want to modify the score:

  • Add: Adds the specified value to the customer's current score.
  • Remove: Subtracts the specified value from the customer's current score.
  • Set: Replaces the customer's current score with the specified value.

4. In the Value field, enter the number of points to assign, remove, or set.

5. (Optional) In the Internal Notes field, enter a brief description to track the reason for this operation.

6. Before saving, check the value shown in New Score to see the final result.

7. Click on the Add operation button to save and apply the score.

The operation will be added to the table below, immediately updating the customer's balance.
