Manually add a scoring operation (Add, Remove, Set) for a specific customer

This procedure allows you to manually modify the Lead Scoring score of a specific customer by adding, subtracting, or setting a new value.

Procedure

1. Access the desired customer's profile and navigate to the Lead Scoring tab.

2. Locate the section titled Add operation. If the section is collapsed, click on the down arrow icon (i.e., the collapse link) to expand it.

3. In the Type field, select the operation you want to perform:

  • Add: Increases the customer's current score.
  • Remove: Decreases the customer's current score.
  • Set: Replaces the current score with the specified new value.

4. In the Value field, enter the number of points to apply (must be a positive number).

5. In the Internal Notes field, enter a description or note explaining the reason for this manual operation (this field is optional).

6. Check the New Score section in the footer to preview the customer's final score.

7. Click the Add operation button to save the change.

The operation will immediately appear in the table below, which shows the customer's scoring history.
