Display the list of predefined notes

Why do it:

To view the list of standardized notes that can be quickly applied to a customer's history.

Procedure:

1. Access a customer's profile and open the section for adding a new note or event (usually called "History" or "Add event").

2. In the note entry window (popup), locate the button dedicated to automation.

3. Click on the Predefined Notes button.

4. A dropdown list will appear containing all the titles of predefined notes that have been configured in the system.
