Why do it:
This setting ensures that as soon as an operator belonging to a specific role enters a note on a customer (lead), that customer is automatically reserved for that operator.
Procedure
1. Log in to the control panel and go to the Settings section.
2. Click on the Flusso clienti plugin tab.
3. Scroll down until you find the section titled Dati da visualizzare.
4. Within this section, locate the field labeled Riserva cliente al primo operatore che inserisce una nota.
5. Click on the selection field (it may display the text Nessun ruolo selezionato).
6. Select one or more user roles for which you want to enable automatic assignment. Each option will appear as Per il ruolo [Nome del Ruolo].
7. Once you have selected the roles, save the settings to apply the change.
