Why do it:
To quickly move between contacts (leads) you need to work on, following the order established by the active filters in your workflow.
Procedure
1. Access the Customer Flow module from the main navigation menu (identified by the phone icon <i class="fa fa-phone"></i>).
2. Open the customer card you are currently viewing.
3. To move to the Next Lead in your workflow (the next contact in the filtered list):
- Look for and click on the Forward Navigation button or icon (usually represented by a right arrow).
4. To return to the Previous Lead you just viewed:
- Look for and click on the Backward Navigation button or icon (usually represented by a left arrow).
> Note: Sequential navigation follows the system's default sorting: leads without any historical activity are displayed first, followed by leads with activity, ordered by descending ID.
