Why do it: Analyze actions and calls recorded only within a specific period, limiting the displayed data.
Procedure
1. Access the Report section and select the data source Customer flow.
2. In the filters section, locate the field labeled Call date.
3. Click on the Call date field to open the time range selector.
4. Use the calendar displayed to select the desired start date and end date for your filter.
5. Once the range is selected, the report will automatically update showing only data related to calls made during that period.
