This guide explains how to use advanced filters to display only leads based on their progress status in the Customer Flow.
Procedure
1. Access the section containing your list of leads or customers.
2. Locate and click the button to add a new filter (usually called Add filter or Advanced filters).
3. In the filter panel, search for and select the Customer Flow filter group.
4. Within this group, click on the Lead Status filter.
5. Select the desired status from the available options:
- Nessuno: Displays leads that have not yet recorded any activity in the Customer Flow.
- In lavorazione: Displays leads that have had activity in the Customer Flow but have not yet been marked as closed (do not contain the tag
#closed). - Completato: Displays leads that have been marked as closed (contain the tag
#closed).
6. Click Apply filter (or the search button) to view the updated list of leads.
