This guide explains how to enable or disable automatic note classification and analytical report generation through Artificial Intelligence (AI).
NOTE: To use this feature, you must have entered a valid OpenAI Key.
Procedure
1. Access the system Settings.
2. Search for and click on the Flusso clienti plugin.
3. Select the Report AI tab.
4. In the section titled Report tramite AI, locate the option:
- To enable the feature: check the box next to Abilita report tramite AI.
- To disable the feature: make sure the box next to Abilita report tramite AI is unchecked.
5. If you haven't configured the API key yet, click on the Gestisci chiavi API button to enter your OpenAI Key.
6. Click the save button (usually located at the bottom of the page or top right) to apply the changes.
