The title of a predefined note is the name that appears in the dropdown list, allowing operators to quickly select the correct content.
Procedure
1. Access the settings section of the "Customer Flow" plugin.
2. Scroll down to the section titled Predefined Notes.
3. To create a new predefined note, click the Add Note button.
4. In the newly created row, locate the field labeled Title.
5. Enter the name you want to assign to the note (for example, "Callback Request" or "Qualified Lead"). This is the text that will appear in the dropdown menu.
6. Fill in the other necessary fields for the note (such as the Note field for text content and Tag Assignment).
7. When finished, click the general save button on the page to apply the changes.
The predefined note will now be available for selection in the Predefined Notes menu when adding a new note to a customer's history.
