Configure which marketing lists to include in the customer flow

Why do it:

This setting allows you to filter the customers visible in the Customer Flow, ensuring that you work only with leads who are part of specific campaigns or marketing segments.

Procedure

1. Access the control panel and navigate to the Customer Flow section.

2. Click on the Settings tab (or General, if it is the default tab).

3. Locate the section titled Data Source.

4. Under the label Show only if present in the following lists, click on the selection field.

5. Select one or more marketing lists from the list to include customers subscribed to that flow.

6. Click the save button (usually at the bottom of the page) to apply the changes.
