Description: This tool allows the integration of the Framework360 system with the GSped service to obtain and manage real-time shipment tracking information.
What is it for? (Practical examples)
Use the GSped integration to optimize logistics management and improve communication with the end customer.
- Centralized monitoring: View the updated status of your shipments directly within Framework360, without having to access the GSped portal.
- Proactive customer service: Quickly retrieve delivery status (e.g., in transit, delivered, in storage) to promptly respond to customer requests.
- Complete tracking: Obtain a complete and unique tracking code for each shipment by combining departure data with the shipment number.
Main features
This integration focuses on retrieving tracking data.
- Shipment status retrieval: Allows querying GSped to know the current status of a shipment.
- Search via prebolla code: Tracking information search is done using the unique identifier code (prebolla code) associated with the shipment.
- Unified tracking code generation: The system processes data received from GSped to provide a complete tracking code usable for external monitoring.
How to configure it
To activate the GSped integration, you need to enable the module and enter the API credentials provided by GSped.
1. Enable integration: Select "Active" in the module activation field.
2. Enter API Data: Fill in the required fields with the credentials obtained from your GSped account.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Enable integration with GSped | Activates or deactivates the use of the GSped service within Framework360. |
| Instance name | The identifying name of your GSped instance. |
| API Key | The secret key necessary to authorize Framework360 to communicate with the GSped service. |
> Note: The integration will be fully operational only if the module is active and all API data fields have been correctly filled out.
Automatic integrations
Once configured, the GSped module makes its tracking functionalities available to other tools and modules present in Framework360.
Access to tracking data for other modules
Tracking data can be automatically retrieved by external modules (such as order management or customer area) using the prebolla code. This allows, for example, displaying the shipment status directly on the order sheet or in the customer's reserved area.
