Display the current status of the permissions (scopes) granted to the integration

This guide shows you how to check which permissions (or "scopes") you have granted to the Google integration within the platform.

Why do this:

To verify which data from your Google account is currently accessible and used by the platform.

Procedure to View Authorization Status

1. Access the section dedicated to Integrations or Plugins in your platform.

2. Locate the integration named Google and go to its main settings (usually by clicking on Configure or the gear icon).

3. On the main settings screen, you will find a list of tiles. Each tile represents a specific permission (scope) requested by the integration.

The displayed tiles include:

  • Public information: Retrieves public information from your Google account.
  • Email address: Retrieves the email address of your Google account.
  • Google Ads: Retrieves information from your Google Ads account.

4. Check the status:

  • A tile with a prominent visual style (for example, a colored border or active background) indicates that the permission has been granted and the system can access that type of data.
  • A tile without this active style indicates that the permission has not been granted or has expired.

> Note: If the permission is active for "Public information" or "Email address," you might see your name, profile picture, or email address displayed directly in the tile.

5. If a required permission is not active, you will need to deactivate and reactivate the integration to repeat the authorization process and grant the requested permissions.
